Low Iodine Diet List

Makanan yang harus dielak sepanjang diet..





  1. Iodized salt (non-iodized salt may be used)
  2. Dairy products (milk, cheese, cream, yogurt, butter, margerine and ice-cream)
  3. Eggs
  4. Seafood (fish, shellfish, seaweed, kelp, prawn, crab)
  5. Foods that contain the additives : jelly or agar-agar, carrageen, algin
  6. Cured n corned foods (ham, lox, corned beef)
  7. Doughnut or bread product contained iodine
  8. Chocolate
  9. Molasses (gula merah or gula melaka)
  10. Soy products (soy sauce, soy milk, tofu)
  11. Vegetable (cabbage, celery)
  12. Multivitamin tablets
  13. Chinese herbs and Chinese tea
